Mike was super helpful in helping my wife and I choose a sectional for an area in our home which had specific dimension requirements. They offer customizable colors and materials for most of their items. We even had same day pick up! The location is well laid out with lots of floor samples to test out as well as matching sets to go with any home design. I definitely recommend shopping here, especially if you just moved in and want to invest in new furniture that will last at least the next 10 years.

Absolutely blown away by the experience at Gail’s Furniture Store. Our sales rep Mike made the experience smooth and easy. Walking in, the service he showed was genuine, attentive, and I didn’t feel pushed or pressured to buy. The quality of the furniture was outstanding and they carry such beautiful pieces. Mike put his full attention into my wants and made me feel truly cared about! I will definitely be purchasing more items for my home from here. Gail’s Furniture did an amazing job setting up our new furniture! Not only did they do the installation and clean-up, but they also delivered everything just a few business days after our purchase. As first-time homeowners, my boyfriend and I really appreciated how smooth and stress-free the process was. Leo was fantastic—he truly listened to what we wanted and made thoughtful suggestions that matched our style. We ended up purchasing a dining room table with chairs and a lovely new coffee table.
